Suraj Francis Noronha is working as the Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Manipal University Manipal. He has completed his MBA (HR) and MA (Christian Studies) and currently pursuing his PhD in the area Performance Management and Control. He has been teaching the MBA's for the past 8 years and brings with him a unique blend of specialisations. Keenly interested in Information Technology, Human Resource, Music and Spirituality makes him a truly multifaceted. Along with the teaching, he also strives to improve the quality of life of the people who are in contact with him. His strength is constantly being joyful, trusting in God and doing good to others. His innovative ways of teaching have been well acclaimed.
